COURTSIDE STYLE: David Duchovny & Tea Leoni
NEW YORK — Is life is back to normal for David Duchovny and Tea Leoni after their split and reconciliation following Duchovny’s sex addiction woes?
The couple who announced their split earlier in 2008, appear to be back together. David and Tea spent some quality time last weekend with their two children, Madelaine West (9) and Kyd (6), while watching Detroit Pistons play New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden.
The family looked relaxed and occupied with the game as they were sitting courtside. They shared few laughs and few hot dogs.
By the way, it was not Duchovny’s sex compulsion that led to the couple’s split but Leoni’s alleged romance with Billy Bob Thornton.

NEW YORK — Singer Britney Spears visited FAO Schwarz toy store with her two sons, Jayden James and Sean Preston, last week. Britney’s lovely grey coat is rather affordable item. It’s French Connection Davie Weave Coat, which retails at $368.
Accidentally, Jayden was wearing French Connection too. He was dressed in the FC Miller bomber jacket ($298).

Rihanna and Gucci are Perfect Match
NEW YORK — Barbadian beauty Rihanna was an inspiration behind GUCCI’s Tattoo Heart Collection which was launched in New York in November 2008.
We found several behind-the-scenes video clips taped during Gucci Italian photoshoot with Rihanna. It was really interesting to watch Rihanna’s input and influence on the Collection during creative sessions with Gucci Creative Director Frida Giannini. We also liked Rihanna’s personal remarks on fashion and style. At some point she even revealed plans to launch her own fashion line in the future.
Gucci donates 25% from sale of items from White Tattoo Heart Collection to UNICEF charity. By the way, Rihanna herself loves to support charities.

Copycat Steve Madden Strikes Again!
NEW YORK — There’s a certain degree of similarity between the two shoes shown (click to enlarge). The left one is Steve Madden’s Gizella patent shoe, which is available in black, hot pink and beige for pre-order for $109.95. These shoes will begin selling on 12/11/2008.
Shoe on the right is Yves Saint Laurent Tribute platform sandal in textured black patent, which retails for $685.
Why are we not surprised to see these two similar shoes from two different sources? Because Steve Madden actually has a history of imitating popular designer models. And why not? If Chinese ‘imitate’ everything imaginable, Steve Madden can certainly ‘borrow’ a few ideas from high-end labels.

SURI CRUISE: 2008 in Pictures
Proud daddy Tom Cruise can’t stop talking about his FAMOUS daughter Suri. Tom tells ET host Mary Hart in a recent interview that Suri is a “girlie girl.” Tom says, “She [Suri] won’t wear pants. Kate finally got her in jeans the other day. We put the pants on and walk away and the pants are off and the dress is on.”
Isn’t it amazing? The kid did nothing yet in her life, and she already made it to number one spot on this year’s Forbes list of “10 Hollywood’s Most Influential Celebrity Tots!”
Well, maybe looking at the pictures and video clips of little adorable celebrity siblings is just enough to brighten gloomy days of people hit hard by world economic crisis.
Anyway, Suri is on the top spot for public awareness, and she is mentioned in more than 1300(!) news articles in 2008. Suri has inspired kids apparel and hairstyles. She even helped to improve public image of her couch-jumping dad. Because of all that, we decided to look back at Suri in 2008 and compile this photo feature showing Suri’s most memorable and cutest moments ever!

You Can Get Ferragamo Shoes Seen on Nicole Kidman in Australia!
SYDNEY — During her recent interview, costume designer Catherine Martin revealed that all shoes and gloves worn by Nicole Kidman in Baz Lurhmann’s adventure epic Australia were made by Salvatore Ferragamo fashion house exclusively for the movie.
Now we’ve learned that Ferragamo house will make select shoe styles available for sale via Neiman Marcus.
