New York — We bumped into Lindsay Lohan and her family and were amused by the handbag show The Lohans put on. Of course Lindsay was the star of the evening and shone with her fabulous Dolce & Gabbana limited edition bag of which only 9 other copies exist. The bag, which is part of D&G Summer 2008 collection, is made of exotic python skin and has an exclusive creation number, i.e. ”1 of 10.”

Lindsay was also wearing her signature black leggings, black leather bomber jacket, and Christian Louboutin Mad Mary studded shoes. Jennifer Lopez has these shoes in white.

NEW YORK– Today we were hanging out on the set of Woody Allen’s latest movie starring Evan Rachel Wood (also appeared in Running With Scissors; Across The Universe).

The great Mr. Allen is back in The Big Apple working on his untitled romantic comedy after he made several movies in Europe.

We must admit that Mr. Allen can ’shape’ actresses into characters any way he likes. We’ve been covering Woody Allen’s movie sets in New York City since late 20th Century, and we kept noticing, over and over again, how Allen would transform beautiful actresses into kooky and neurotic ugly ducklings.

 Now, it’s Evan Rachel Wood’s turn. The way she looks and acts on Mr. Allen’s set is totally the opposite to Evan’s usual chic style. Even Evan’s charming smile between the takes could not divert attention from her horrific outfit. Click the thumbnails below for larger preview.

WEST CHESTER, PA — Jennifer Aniston was filming for upcoming animal-interest movie, “Marley & Me,” which is scheduled for release on Christmas 2008. The filming was in a very suburban, very secluded and picturesque Pennsylvanian community, and we were amazed how much Jennifer (dressed in casual winter clothes) looked part of that setting.

Yes, we know it is bikini season now, but if movie companies can make faux blizzard in May, we certainly can show winter outfits too!

NEW YORK — We were so curious about Jennifer Anistion’s latest casual style that we bothered to go down to Waverly Inn Restaurant where Jen was having romantic ‘publicity’ dinner with her toyboy, John Mayer. As always, Jen looked chic in her leather bomber jacket, asymmetrical ruffled black dress and beige wedges. Jen also used her signature scarf to occasionally cover her face.

We also noticed her fab woven leather purse. This is Jen’s old bag which she used since 2005. Some say the bag is by Bottega Veneta possibly from 2005 Fall Collection shown in Milan – but we are not sure. The bag must be soooo limited edition that we cannot find any references.   

Jennifer is carrying her favorite pink “Dupatta” scarf from Matta.

NEW YORK — Actress Catherine Zeta-Jones had to leave her signature chic look at home when she went to the movie set of “The Rebound” this morning. Stylists dressed Zeta-Jones in a blue iris Charlotte pea-coat by Roots (style: 02010238). Priced at $98, the coat is now on sale for $69.99 and can be purchased from Roots Web Site. Catherine Zeta-Jones was also seen wearing blue James Jeans denim and brown leather shoulder bag by Roots.

Catherine Zeta-Jones and her husband, Michael Douglas, are not strangers to the popular clothing brand from Canada. They shopped at Roots flagship store in Toronto in September 2007.

There’s always a good buzz about Roots within the Hollywood community. Roots co-founder Don Green mentions his first cousin, movie producer Jerry Bruckheimer, as his Hollywood connection. Green said that when Bruckheimer did “American Gigolo” with Richard Gere, Giorgio Armani did all the clothing but Roots supplied all the shoes and bags.

NEW YORK — We decided to spy on Kristen Bell’s style while she was filming on May 13, 2008 ”When in Rome” on East 80th Street and Madison Avenue. Costume Designer on the set was Sarah Edwards whose other movie credits include “Ghost Town,” “Michael Clayton,” and “The Interpreter.”

For those who did not get a chance to see “What Happens in Vegas,” we dug up some publicity stills from the movie showing Cameron Diaz fashion. We particularly noticed Cameron’s signature sleeveless styles. Click thumbnails below for larger preview.
