NEW YORK — Actress Gwyneth Paltrow supports all kinds of causes.
Saks Fifth Avenue and the Entertainment Industry Foundation (EIF) announced that Gwyneth Paltrow has been named the Entertainment Industry Foundation ambassador for Saks Fifth Avenue’s 2008 KEY TO THE CURE campaign. KEY TO THE CURE is a women’s cancer research initiative.
Pictures below show Paltrow wear the 2008 KEY TO THE CURE limited edition T-shirt designed by Karl Lagerfeld exclusively for Saks Fifth Avenue. $35 from the sale of every T-shirt will benefit Women’s Cancer Research Fund.

On the other front, Paltrow was spotted in Amagansett last Friday lending support to Baby Buggy Charity.
Paltrow also appeared in a two-minute commercial for http://votefromabroad.org urging Democratic voters living outside the US to vote for Barack Obama in the ‘08 election.

NEW YORK — People en Espanol Best And Worst Dressed September 2008 issue hits newsstands today. Penelope Cruz lands the top spot as the best dressed with Charlize Theron ranked #2. Others on the list include actresses Katie Holmes and Angelina Jolie, and singer Rihanna.
The magazine also gives thumps up to women with curves highlighting Ugly Betty’s America Ferrera, Grey Anatomy’s Sara Ramirez and singer Jennifer Hudson for their great sense of fashion; and celebrates famous moms who recently shed the pregnancy weight and got back into shape like Cate Blanchett, Salma Hayek and Jennifer Lopez. We recently reported that Jessica Simpson together with The Camuto Groupare planning to launch a line of lingirie.
Now, we have learned that Jessica Simpson has signed two more licensing agreements with The Camuto Group to add scarves, wraps, hats and hosiery to Jessica’s own line of accessories.
WWD.com reports the following:
Collection XIIX Ltd. will design, manufacture and distribute a complete line of scarves, wraps and hats. The scarves and wraps will feature floral prints and vintage Americana designs, and the hats will include straw cowboy styles and oversize sun pieces. Launching for spring, the collections will be distributed at major department and specialty stores nationwide.
