Girls got together at The Carlyle Hotel and talked things over dinner. Later they jumped in their SUVs and were off to Marc Jacobs fashion show.

TOPSHOP has launched its US web site, and their flagship store is coming to New York’s SoHo area in November 2008. The store will be located at Broadway and Broome Street, and they are already hiring.

NEW YORK — Actress Halle Berry is great supporter to her husband, Calvin Klein model Gabriel Aubry. Halle and Gabriel went to the 40th anniversary of Calvin Klein fashion house event on Sunday night.

On Monday afternoon Halle and Gabriel were spotted shopping at Calvin Klein store on Madison Avenue. Halle looked very casual in her grey tee, skinny low cut jeans and flip-flops. It was pretty cool how Halle wore her vintage belt – buckle on a hip. Meanwhile, Gabriel sported his signature New York Yankees cap. Interesting, does Gabriel get 30% employee discount?

NEW YORK – Jenny Humphrey — Gossip Girl’s IT girl — is the least covered character on the show. Little Jenny (played by Taylor Momsen) is not that little any more. Jenny’s a little grown up and edgier. She prefers darker colors. Her dresses are getting shorter and her heels are getting higher.

Jenny has been working all summer as an intern for Eleanor Waldorf fashion house where she struggles to win approval of her boss, Laurel. An aspiring fashion designer, Jenny designs her own laced dress in ivory and wears it to summer end party, The White Party, in the Hamptons. Reality check: Jenny’s dress was actually designed by Eric Daman — Gossip Girl’s fashion guru who created or picked, mixed and matched all the outfits for the show. WWD recently did an interview with the guy which revealed some interesting insights into behind-the-scenes fashion world of ”Gossip Girl.” So, look it up.

NEW YORK — We caught Miley Cyrus stepping out of The London Hotel on Friday night with
The Jonas Brothers choreographer Paul Becker. Disney singer who will celebrate
her Sweet 16 later this year exhibited rather simple style this time. Miley was
dressed in a white tank top under a black leather jacket. She accessorized
with massive diamond hoop earrings and a star pendant necklace.

NEW YORK — Lindsay Lohan was spotted on the set of “Ugly Betty” Friday night where she filmed another cameo appearance for the popular ABC Network show.

Lindsay looked good in her navy blue polka dot top and hot pants. Even curlers looked good on her too. Being busy working must be really good for Lindsay. Latest entry on Lindsay’s MySpace blog is titled, “working girl-personal blog.”

In recent news, Lindsay Lohan said NO to a $700,000 offer from Playboy Magazine which wanted to dedicate 8 pages of its 55th anniversary edition (out in January 2009) to the topless shots of Lohan. Playboy thought that Lohan would want to pay a tribute to ’60s sex kitten Ann-Margaret and her film, “Kitten With a Whip,” which reportedly is Lohan’s favorite film.
