NEW YORK — “Ugly Betty” star Becki Newton takes Yves St. Laurent jersey dress to the next level at recent US Weekly’s 2008 Hot Hollywood Issue celebration. We recently reported that this YSL jersey bustier dress from Spring 2008 Collection was quite a sensation this past summer season. So far, we’ve ceen celebrities wear light grey version of the dress.

Becki’s dress is in turquouse. Neiman Marcus retails the dress for $2500. Popular retail giant takes the dress even further suggesting how to convert it for the Fall:

NEW YORK – America, meet frenchie actor Guillaume Canet! He is cute, he is well known in Europe, and he is huge in France. He was also married to Diane Kruger (divorced in 2006). Now Canet is filming “Last Night” in New York alongside Kiera Knightley and Eva Mendes. Specifically, Canet plays Mendes’ husband and Knightley’s ex-lover.

Canet may be the most recognized actor in France, but in America he just as easily can be mistaken for Patrick Dempsey. Yeah, you can’t compete with Patrick — not in The States! NEW YORK — English actress Kiera Knightley begins filming a new drama/romance titled “Last Night.”

The plot revolves around events that happen to a married couple while spending a night apart. While the husband shares a flirt with a colleague on a business trip, his wife (played by Kiera Knightley) accidentally runs into her past love (played by Guillaume Canet)…

The movie is also starring Eva Mendes and Sam Worthington. Massy Tadjedin directs — she also wrote the script.

We are looking forward to see this movie. Kiera is one of the most talented and brilliant contemporary actresses who brings lots of passion and drama to her roles.

The 23-years-old star acted since she was 9. When she was 21, Knightley became the third youngest actress to get Best Actress Oscar nomination for “Pride and Prejudice.” In 2008 Kiera also received Best Actress BAFTA (British Oscars) nomination for “Atonment.”
