LOS ANGELES — Christina Ricci put on a monochromatic floral print dress by Bill Blass for the Los Angeles premiere of “Speed Racer.” The dress is from Fall 2008 ready-to-wear collection. Ricci added glam to her casual chic dress with Bulgari jewels, tan Manolo Blahnik shoes  and B. Romanek alligator skin clutch. We noticed Christina’s choice of extra skinny patent leather belt which works well with this dress.
