When asked to identify her pumps, Vanessa looked at her shoes for a second then shrugged and said that she did not know. We think, however, that the shoes are by Giuseppe Zanotti from his Vicini line.

Earlier, Vanessa accessorized her black and purple Ports 1961 mini-dress with black python skin stilettos.
